Indian hotel chain Lemon Tree Hotel has an award-winning diversity employment program—which grew from hiring just two individuals to attracting around 20% of their current workforce.

They modified their job interview process, partnered with relevant NGOs and focused on getting executive buy-in from the upper levels of management.
