Restaurant workers at takeaway windows face a greater risk of catching the coronavirus because of the number of people they see each day. But at Creator, a restaurant in San Francisco, a new pressurized “transfer chamber”means that germs can’t come in when an order goes out.

Creator is sharing the open-source design of the chamber for other restaurants to copy using materials from their local hardware stores.
