Advice from a Professor of Happiness on COVID-19

Research shows mental health has deteriorated as a result of stress and worry as the COVID-19 crisis has developed.

Topics like happiness and wellbeing have attracted more interest and more than 2 million students have enrolled in Professor Santos’ free online course, The Science of Wellbeing.

She teaches that your wellbeing can be boosted by socialising, helping others, and being in the present (mindfulness).
