Baking Innovation - a chocolate cake but not as you know it


Dany Fernandez started experimenting with sourdough starter a year ago. After more than 50 different recipes he took on the ultimate challenge; creating a Chocolate Cake with only sourdough starter as leavening agent.

The result was a very rich, delicious and "fudgy" chocolate cake with Espresso Buttercream.
