British Airways Goes Gender-Neutral With Its Greetings

British Airways has joined a short list of other airlines that have exchanged its gendered greetings to gender-neutral ones, to be more inclusive.

British Airways joins Transport for London (TFL), who stopped using gendered greetings back in 2017.
