“The Commonwealth Bank’s “benefits finder” technology has prompted its customers to make claims of almost half-a-billion dollars in special payments, rebates and concessions, many of which they may not have previously known about...The bank, in partnership with Harvard University, deployed behavioural economics research to develop the feature, which is available on its mobile phone app and online via NetBank...“Really simple behavioural interventions can have huge impacts on outcomes”,
