The Human Library is an international organization located in Denmark. It is an innovative global movement in over 60 countries, where the reader can check out HUMANS who give information rather than books.

The idea that drives this international organization allows people to start conversations, challenge stereotypes, and eliminate prejudices through dialogue.

The first event featured over fifty different titles. A thousand readers took advantage leaving patrons and participants surrounding this project amazed at the reception and impact of the Human Library.
