A Disabled boy (Tobias Weller) who has cerebral palsy and autism is to become the youngest person to receive the British Empire Medal (BEM), because of his fundraising efforts during lockdown.

Imagine if this document, and all other Government reports, were easily accessible in web format. Word and PDF pre-date the internet.
