Our corporate office café has introduced sign language screens showing staff how to place our coffee order in sign language. This was introduced when the café recruited a range of new staff members, many who are hard of hearing.
My favourite order is cappuccino which has a movement reminiscent to Peter Allen with the maracas.

Imagine if this document, and all other Government reports, were easily accessible in web format. Word and PDF pre-date the internet.
