Hawkeye: Show heroes learn ASL to welcome new actress

The shows two main heroes, played by Jeremy Renner and Hailee Steinfeld, learned some basic ASL (American Sign Language) so they could welcome Alaqua Cox and make her feel at home.

They took several inclusion steps with this the show. One was casting Alaqua Cox as Echo, who's a deaf actor, but also Hawkeye is Marvel's first project featuring an Indigenous American actor.
