If you've been feeling fatigued while working from home, you're not alone. Here are some tips for making the situation more sustainable. A big problem during covid 19 has been fatigue and lack of sleep!

Here are some ideas to keep your mind and body relax and reduce the everyday stresses:

- keep a regular bed time.

- meditation and relaxation exercises before you go to sleep.

- avoid your phone for at least an hour before you go to bed. 

-  micro breaks to help recharge energy and mindset.
