Novel use of AI for data breach detection

With so many data breaches being reported daily, organisations are struggling to keep on top of the threat actors, techniques and attacks.

Aussie innovators PenTen and Worldstack have collaborated to develop HoneyTrace, a platform using AI to generate unique and realistic 'fake' tokens (like documents, credit card numbers) to lure attackers and allow cyber defenders to be quickly notified of the suspicious presence of any watermark tokens.
