Australia, and cocoa made from indigenous farmers supported by Cocoa Horizons.
With ingredients like Illawarra Plum, native pepper berry and wild rosella, and
macadamia and quandong (used by Aborigines to lower blood sugar), Fiona showcases
ancient knowledge and wisdom, celebrating First Nations culture most deliciously.
