US-based cyber startup Cigent Technologies received a funding boost from InQTel and other participants in the Series A round. Funding will help commercialise the product beyond the initial US Government use-case for data theft protection.

Cigent's Data Defense Technolgoy leverages software and hardware products to prevent network, endpoint, and cloud-based data infiltration even after a network has been breached.
